It all began, 27 years ago when I received my first
dollhouse.
It was the prettiest periwinkle blue, easy knock-down & re-assemble
type, three stories, with a plastic terracotta roof, fully finished, furnished,
and family. The years after years that I spent playing with that dollhouse
fueled my inspiration to create and started my love of miniatures.
I graduated from highschool with honors, as a member of the Garden State Honor Society of the Fine Arts. I then went on to graduate from Morris University with a bachelor's degree in Visual & Performance Arts.
I am now a full-time artisan for a website business: Creations'! As well as my miniature lines, I am a watercolor; oil; & acrylic painter for "life-scale" specializing in Human and Pet Portraits.
I am a twelve year decorated artisan, some of my miniatures have been published in Dollhouse Miniatures and Miniature Collector magazines. I design and create: Wallpaper, Borders, Fabric, Rugs, Decorative Tile, Lighting, Furniture, Landscaping, Statuary, Framed: Photography; Prints; & Paintings, Miniatures, and of course Dollhouses and Room Settings for 144th, 1/4", 1/2", 1", & Play Scales.
I am a current member of: Tampa Bay Miniature Enthusiasts, Gulf Coast Miniatures Club (for which I will be the new photographer & web-host), and also the Creations' in Miniature Club which was featured in an article that I co-wrote for March 2003 of Miniature Collector magazine.
