Miniature Embroideries


This Spring picture is worked on 28 count canvas.	This Autumn picture has the same number of stitches as the Spring picture but is worked on the finer count of 32. It can be seen on the wall of the mouse kitchen roombox.

The 'bath' embroidery was my first and so far only attempt on 40 count silk gauze.	The little cushion is done on 28 count canvas.

The remaining four pictures were all taken from Venus Dodge's book "Dolls House Needlecrafts".	This parrot embroidery can be seen on the wall of the mouse kitchen roombox.
